Mayra Koedam
APRN-CNP, PMHNP, Walden University
Mayra is dual certified as a psychiatric mental-health nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner with an M.S. from Walden University. She believes in providing a multidisciplinary approach and individualizing patient care. Mayra is passionate about helping clients establish meaningful and emotionally healthy lives with the most up-to-date treatment modalities.
Adriana Davidson
LCSW, University of Texas
Adriana Davidson is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering telehealth services for patients residing in Texas and Florida. With over 6 years of experience, she works with adolescents and adults individually using an eclectic, empathetic approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client.
Lourdine Jean-Baptiste
DNP, APRN, University of Florida
Lourdine is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a family nurse practitioner (FNP- BC) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Florida. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults.
Jennifer Adesina
PMHNP-BBC, University of Texas
Jennifer Adesina, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). She completed her Bachelors of Science in Biology at Oral Roberts University, holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University.
Roseline Delice
APRN, Florida Atlantic University (FAU)
Roseline has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Palm Beach State College and a BSN as well as an APRN from FAU. She has been employed at Baptist Hospital for the past 7 years providing quality care to patients. Roseline has been with Virgil from its beginning.
Kimberly Offhaus
MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, Regis University
Kimberly holds an Associates, Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nursing. She also has a Post-Master's certification in Family Psych/Mental Health from the University of South Florida. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Kimberly is also a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse.
Ania Jarmulowicz
MSW, LCSW, CCTP
Anita is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with over ten years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. She uses a holistic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. Areas of expertise include life-related stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, phase-of-life changes, grief and loss, and trauma.
Brandi Smith

Brandi is a passionate, empathetic recovery coach who uses her lived experience to educate and empower those who still struggle. After 15 years of grappling with substance abuse & mental health issues, she recently celebrated three years sober. She believes everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their skin.
Kabiite Okello
PMHNP- ARNP - CNP- BC
Kabiite has been in healthcare for over 17 years. She is currently working on her doctorate while providing quality individualized evidence-based care to patients with mental health issues. She embraces a holistic approach, working with patients to determine an optimal treatment plan.

Stefanie Magalong, LPCC
Stefanie Magalong brings over a decade of experience treating mental health conditions and substance dependence to her role as Clinical Director at Virgil.
Stefanie, who most recently served as Clinical Director at Laguna Treatment Center in Aliso Viejo, CA, has extensive experience treating a broad range of clients diverse in age, experience, culture, and diagnosis. Stefanie’s passion for treating substance dependence was born out of her time treating active duty military members for substance use and mental health conditions that often stemmed from PTSD and physical combat trauma. She has also worked as a methadone counselor and outpatient therapist, where she facilitated groups addressing relapse prevention, development of coping skills, and sober living.
She’s also a yoga buff, a travel lover, and mother to an adorable five year old.
