Virgil Clinical Careers
Meet Our Clinical Director
Stefanie Magalong, LPCC
Stefanie Magalong brings over a decade of experience treating mental health conditions and substance dependence to her role as Clinical Director at Virgil.
Stefanie, who most recently served as Clinical Director at Laguna Treatment Center in Aliso Viejo, CA, has extensive experience treating a broad range of clients diverse in age, experience, culture, and diagnosis. Stefanie’s passion for treating substance dependence was born out of her time treating active duty military members for substance use and mental health conditions that often stemmed from PTSD and physical combat trauma. She has also worked as a methadone counselor and outpatient therapist, where she facilitated groups addressing relapse prevention, development of coping skills, and sober living.
She’s also a yoga buff, a travel lover, and mother to an adorable five year old.
